HEROQUEST - BASE GAME SYSTEM

HeroQuest is a classic dungeon-crawling adventure where one player commands the forces of evil and up to four heroes battle their way through twisting corridors, hidden chambers, and monster-filled rooms. With easy-to-learn rules and tactical depth, HeroQuest delivers that tabletop RPG feeling in a fully board-driven experience.

Players choose a hero — Barbarian, Dwarf, Elf, or Wizard — and work together to explore a modular dungeon board revealed step-by-step by the Game Master (Zargon). Every quest is different, and heroes will move, attack, cast spells, discover secret doors, avoid traps, and hunt for treasure while attempting to survive long enough to complete their mission. Gear and loot carry over between quests, letting heroes grow more powerful over time as the campaign unfolds.
